Here's what you'll need:
You will also need some cornflour and milk - sorry i forgot to include these in pic !
For stock You will need to place the chicken carcass in a large pan and cover with cold water. Add some seasoning and place on the hob to boil.
Add a handful of the chopped onion and carrot to the stock pot and also add the stems of the parsley.
Remove any scum that accumulates on the top of the liquid.
Allow the vegetables to soften but not to get too brown, turn down the heat if needed.
Boil for a couple of minutes and then reduce to a simmer.
Check for seasoning and add if required.
Mix together the cornflour and milk and add to the pan.
Chop up the Cabbage (i forgot to chop it with the rest of the veg) and add to the pan.
Check seasoning.
Place a lid on and allow to simmer for 15 mins or until it's piping hot.
