There isn't a recipe or method for the Stirfry.
I use onion, garlic and whatever other veggies i have on hand. If i'm making a dinner or main meal with it i will add leftover rice or a small packet of pre-cooked noodles. I love to use broccoli in stir fry's and chop up the thick stem after giving it a quick peel first; it's really delicious. You will also need some Soy Sauce or a Stir fry Sauce - use whatever you have or what you like.
The secret to a good Stir Fry is to prepare all your ingredients in advance. That way the food won't burn while you're busy chopping.
I am using left over Chicken which i will add at later in the cooking - if using raw meats add them first and cook thoroughly.
