Preparation Time - 15 Mins
Cooking Time - 8/10 Mins
Oven Temperature - 430F/220C/Gas 8.
Place the Salmon in a sealable bag or place on a tray.
Pour over the the mixture.
Be sure to thoroughly coat the Salmon.
Allow to sit for 15 minutes.
Pre-heat the Oven.
During this time re-apply the mixture to the Salmon several times.
Reserve a little of the mixture to apply to the Salmon after removing from the Oven.
The thickness of the Salmon pieces will dictate the cooking time but don't overcook as this will dry it out.
When cooked to your liking remove fro Oven.
Pour/spoon over the remaining Oil/Sauce mixture and allow to sit for a couple of minutes.
