Left over or half packet of Rice.
2 Eggs.
Small Onion Chopped.
Left over Vegetables/Vegetables of choice.
Garlic and Chilli.
Soy Sauce.
50 ml Water.
Add the beaten eggs to a hot pan/Wok.
Stir the eggs as they will cook quickly.
Clean the pan/wok and allow to reheat.
Add a little oil to pan/wok, then add the vegetables.
(Place the vegetable that will need the longest cooking time in the pan/wok first).
Add the chilli.
Add a dash of water if the food is beginning to stick.
Stir around to evenly cook all the food. Add a good splash of Soy Sauce.
